Heather Locklear, also known as Heather Deen Locklear, was born September 25 on the 25th of September, 1961, in Westwood. She is an actress, producer, and known for Melrose Place (1992), The Perfect Man (2006) The Perfect Man (2006), and The Return of Swamp Thing (89). She previously was married to Tommy Lee and Richie Sambora. Richie Sambora, her ex-husband is a Bon Jovi member. Ava Locklear, aka Ava Elizabeth Sambora was her daughter.
